SWIMMING POOL SEASONAL OPENING FROM 22 APRIL TO 29 SEPTEMBER 2024

We meet in Tuscany, in the small country of Poppi, 30 Kilometers from Arezzo and 60 Km from Florence, in the heart of the Casentino valley forests of oak and chestnut trees – rich in history and architecture, surrounded with parish churches, castles, monasteries and sanctuaries. The property is enveloped by the magical seclusion of unspoiled nature and the backdrop of idyllic Tuscan hillsides, while the historic town center of Poppi, is easily reached just 4 Km away. The last one kilometer being a well-maintained dirt road  

The central area of ​​the property is fenced in for one hectare.  Inside it you will find gardens of olive and fruit trees surrounding the swimming pool where you can cool off, enjoy the sun on the large patio or relax in the barbecue area, a stone table await your lunches and dinners. 

The guest house is composed of two apartments where it is possible to have a pleasant stay in complete peace and relaxation. The two apartments are arranged one on the ground floor and one on the floor above. The entrances are independent, but maybe combined - able to welcome a large group of 12 people.

The house is equipped with free WIFI with dedicated access points in each apartment and throughout the outdoor area of ​​the gardens and swimming pool.
