The flagship of the Casolare Giovangrande are certainly the outdoor spaces of which you can enjoy staying with us.
In 2017 we started our hospitality experience and fortunately we are have always been rewarded by the compliments of both Italian and foreign guests, who have stayed here with us, either for a few days, or for longer holidays. This it certainly pushed us, despite the certainly not easy period, to expand and try to improve our spaces more and more, both indoors, but above all external.
You reaches Giovangrande, the proper name of the ancient farm, through a about kilometer of dirt road that, going up and through the woods,
ends right here. What will present itself to your eyes is one typical Tuscan stone structure surrounded by green gardens and completely fenced for more than one hectare. Inside, in addition to the well-equipped gardens there are large green lawns and you can enjoy both full sun spaces and the natural shade of our plants.
Like the apartments, the gardens and pool area are equipped with dedicated access points for wifi connection, enabled for streaming and vpn.
There's a lovely orchard, olive trees, a small vegetable garden from which you can draw according to the season and a barbecue area, where you can organize fantastic lunches even on the hottest days.
Last but not least, a beautiful swimming pool with a solarium vault fenced, to cool off and soak up the sun… .we assure you that the sunsets by the pool with our valley as a backdrop are unforgettable.
The spaces are suitable for your children, here they can run, play and do somersaults for whole days. In the evening you can stay cool and hear the sounds of nature and for those who are in the morning we recommend a quiet breakfast at dawn in the garden ... the lucky ones will also be able to witness the awakening of the inhabitants of the forest: squirrels, hedgehogs, hares, foxes, and even i fawns.
On the outside of the estate you can take long walks or runs in the woods and hills surroundings, mountain biking or e-biking and, depending on the season, collect chestnuts and mushrooms .... even porcini!
