The prices indicated are per night for both apartments and are inclusive of all the services indicated in the "SERVICES INCLUDED" box on this page.
Heating cost of € 20,00 per day per apartament are not included
A tourist tax of € 2,00 per day per person is required for aged 12 and over (for the first 4 nights)
The prices indicated in the rates must be added the final cleaning of € 50.00 per stay.
Upon check-in, a deposit of € 200,00 will be requested, which will be returned at the time of check-out.
To confirm each booking, a deposit is required to be paid by bank transfer, the balance at check-in.
It is not possible to add more than 11 beds
Children (of any age) are considered guests to be included in the number of 11 people.
Possibility of 2 camping beds complete with linen on request.
Possibility of cleaning apartments or changing linen before 7 days (paid services).
Possibility of discounts for longer stays.
Each guest must have an identity document (including children) and will be registered at check-in.
It is strictly forbidden to allow people who have not been registered on arrival to access the structure and the swimming pool area.
It is forbidden to introduce glasses, bottles, plates or any glass and ceramic material into the pool area and to introduce sharp objects into the water that could damage the pool.
It is forbidden to organize parties and events at the Casolare and to introduce or use stereo and audio systems that could disturb the public peace.
